• Introducing our custom milled smoking wood chip line called the Minuto® Wood Chip!  These smoking chips are produced from our custom milling process which filters specific sizing, making the end product uniform and clean.

• First, we eliminate the over-sized product.  The remaining product is filtered through special catch areas that ensure uniformity to size and NO wood flour, they key to ensuring even combustion, perfect flavour, and great colour to foods.

• We’re able to offer 3 different sizes in our Minuto® Wood Chip line and 8 hardwood species to pick from: Alder, Ash, Beech, Hickory, Red Oak, Sugar Maple, White Oak, Wild Cherry.  It’s up to you to select your favorite 3 for a variety pack of perfection.
